At Pharma Nurture, we strive to ensure that all transactions are processed securely and correctly. We understand that issues can arise, and we are committed to resolving them promptly. Below are the terms for refunds and cancellations:
Technical Issues
In the event of technical problems such as double payments, we will endeavor to rectify the issue as quickly as possible. Please contact us immediately if you believe an error has occurred in your payment.
24-Hour Refund Policy
If you change your mind about a course purchase, you can request a refund within 24 hours of your payment. A service charge will be deducted from the refund amount to cover processing fees. To initiate a refund, please contact us at contact@pharmanurture.com with your order details.
Refunds After 24 Hours
Beyond the initial 24 hours, refunds will only be considered under specific circumstances which significantly impact the user’s ability to engage with the course as advertised. Such circumstances include, but are not limited to:
- Persistent Technical Issues: Refunds may be granted if technical issues prevent access to course content repeatedly and these issues are not resolved promptly by our team despite your efforts to seek assistance.
- Significant Content Discrepancy: Refunds for claims of significant discrepancy between the course content and its description will be considered only if the actual content delivered is fundamentally different in nature and not merely a minor deviation from the expected. Examples might include incorrect course material that does not align with the advertised curriculum.
To apply for a refund under these conditions, please submit a detailed request to contact@pharmanurture.com including the reason for the refund, evidence of the issue, and any correspondence or attempts to resolve the issue. Each request will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
